Buckle up, because SoundBoost just got way more magical. Our new Mastering Engine v3.5 is officially live, and it brings a whole constellation of upgrades that make “upload + revision + prompt” even more powerful.
What’s new:
Higher audio quality, more adaptive processing The core engine is smarter. It adjusts to the content of your track in a more nuanced way — bringing out detail, managing dynamics, and preserving what matters most.
Better prompt understanding You can be more expressive. Phrases like “airy highs, warm midrange” are now parsed more intelligently, so the results will more closely match your intent.

Automatic intensity levels There’s no need for manual intensity slider anymore (unless you want to override things). The system now dynamically interprets how forceful or gentle your revision should be, and applies that as part of the mastering chain.

Real-time final EQ For the first time, you get an equalizer after all the mastering operations — as the final layer. This gives you the power to make those last tonal tweaks (brighten, cut, sculpt) right in the interface with A/B testing. Honestly, we still don’t know how we made it this far as a mastering platform without an EQ.
Integrated revision/editing flow (Guided Mode default) Everything’s connected now. After a pass, you can add, change, or fine-tune with new prompts (e.g. “add reverb,” “brighten the air”) or the revision suite. No reupload. No starting over. (If you prefer full control, Detailed Mode remains available — though it disables prompt editing in revisions.)
Detailed Mode (for power users) Want to write long, surgical prompts? That’s still supported. Just know that in Detailed Mode, revisions aren’t editable in the same way — you trade off flexibility for precision.
It’s live now No waiting. Start using it immediately on your projects. Both on web and our mobile app.
Hope you like our new changes.
