Privacy Agreement

1. Information We Collect

DIKTATORIAL Inc. ("SoundBoost") collects the following information about its users, on our website and in our apps:

- Personal information, such as your name, email address, and mailing address. You give it to us when you sign up, sign in or contact us. If you sign in with Apple or Google, we receive your name and email address from that provider.

- Music/audio pieces you upload to the Service, together with their file names and track titles.

- The results we create from your audio, such as separated stems, mastered tracks, lyrics transcriptions and chord charts.

- Usage information, such as the pages you visit on the Service, the features you use, and the time you spend using the Service. We collect it automatically through our servers and our analytics provider.

- Device information, such as the type of device you use to access the Service and your IP address.

- Purchase information, such as your subscription plan and its status. Payments are handled by Apple, Google or Stripe, and we never receive your full card number.

2. How We Use Your Information

SoundBoost uses the information it collects about its users to:

- Provide the Service, including processing your audio to create the results you ask for.

- Improve the Service.

- Communicate with you about the Service.

- Send you marketing and promotional materials. (As long as you want to receive)

- Conduct research.

- Make our services even better. (WE DO NOT train our AI on your audio pieces.)

3. How We Process Your Audio

When you upload a track, it is stored in our cloud storage and processed only to create the results you ask for, such as stem separation, vocal removal, mastering, lyrics transcription, chord detection and voice cleaning.

This processing is done by AI models that we host and run ourselves, on servers that we rent and operate. For these features, your audio, its lyrics and its results are not sent to any third-party AI service, and we do not train our AI on your audio.

To show the published lyrics of a song, we may send its title to a lyrics catalog provider to look them up. That provider never receives your audio and is not an AI service.

4. Features That Use Third-Party AI Services

Some features use AI services run by other companies. We send each service only the data the feature needs:

- Mastering assistant: the instructions you type or speak, your conversation with the assistant, your track's genre and your current mastering settings are sent to OpenAI to understand your request. Your audio is not sent.

- Music video generator: your song's lyrics (transcribed by our own models), its title and genre, the directions you write and the reference photos you upload, which may include faces, are sent to Anthropic, OpenAI and fal.ai. Your song's audio is analysed by our own models and is not sent to Anthropic or OpenAI; when you turn on lip sync, short vocal clips of the scenes where someone sings are sent to fal.ai. fal.ai runs video and image models from providers such as Kling, MiniMax and ByteDance.

- Sound effect generator: the text you type is sent to fal.ai.

- Link in Bio design assistant: your request, artist name, track title, release details, the text on your page and your cover image are sent to OpenAI.

- Personalized emails: to write tips in our emails, we may send OpenAI the mastering instructions you typed and technical measurements of your tracks, such as loudness, tempo and key. We do not send your name, email address, track titles or audio.

These services use the data only to return results to us. Our AI Vocal Remover-Stem Splitter app does not send any data to them.

5. Sharing Your Information

We do not sell your personal information. SoundBoost will not share your music pieces with any third parties without your consent, except with the service providers below that store and process them for us. We share with each provider only the information it needs to do its job:

- Cloud hosting, storage and computing: Cloudflare, Amazon Web Services, and the server and GPU providers we rent our infrastructure from. They store your account data and audio files and run our own AI models.

- Payments and subscriptions: Apple App Store, Google Play, RevenueCat and Stripe.

- Sign-in: Apple and Google, if you choose to sign in with them.

- Product analytics and error reports: PostHog.

- Email delivery: Brevo.

- AI services for the features in section 4: OpenAI, Anthropic and fal.ai.

- Lyrics lookup: a lyrics catalog provider, which receives song titles only.

- Internal team notifications: Slack, for some requests that our team reviews.

We require these providers to protect your information with the same or equal protection described in this Privacy Agreement, and to use it only to provide their services to SoundBoost.

SoundBoost may also share your personal information:

- To provide customer support.

- To comply with legal requirements, such as to respond to a subpoena or court order.

- To protect the rights and safety of SoundBoost and its users.

6. Data Retention
