Standard stem splitting and instrument practice are always completely free. There is no trial expiry, daily or monthly upload quota, or practice-credit allowance. You can keep uploading songs, listening and playing along even after reaching a download limit. Each file must fit within 1.5 GB and 22 minutes 30 seconds. #MP3 download limits on the web
On the web, the first started project in a rolling 24-hour window has free MP3 stem downloads. The second shows membership options with an option to continue for free; the third and later require membership. The window counts started projects, not files downloaded. Standard splitting and instrument practice stay free at every stage. Stem splits and Voice Cleans are counted separately. Manage plans at Membership & Credits or compare them on the pricing page.
Do I ever need a paid plan just to practice an instrument?
No. Standard 5 Stem splitting, listening, solo and mute, loops, tempo and pitch controls, chords, lyrics and the metronome are always free.
Is there a daily limit on free stem splits?
No. There is no daily or monthly upload quota for standard splits or instrument practice. Each file has a 1.5 GB size limit and a 22-minute-30-second length limit. The rolling 24-hour window applies to MP3 downloads.

Do stem splits share limits with mastering?
No. Mastering has revision caps; stems have the download window. A membership lifts both.
